This wiki is about the Open Source Seattle Proteomic Center (SPC) Tools for proteomics data analysis, developed at the Seattle Proteome Center and the Institute for Systems Biology. These tools are also known collectively as the Trans-proteomic Pipeline (TPP). New and experienced SPC Tools users should find useful information here. Contributions, questions, and discussion from SPC Tools users are welcome and encouraged. (Scroll down to the bottom of the page for help.)
