Insilicos Wins NIH Grant for Manufacturing
Insilicos has been awarded an NIH Manufacturing Assistance Program (MAP) grant to develop procedures for handling diagnostic blood samples.
The Manufacturing Assistance Program is a program within the NIH Technical Assistance Programs that is aimed at helping small companies identify, address, and develop a strategy to overcome some of the manufacturing issues related to the commercialization of SBIR-developed products.
Insilicos' MAP grant will be used to develop materials and procedures to safely ship blood samples to a clinical laboratory, in conjunction with the diagnostic tests Insilicos is developing.
Insilicos LLC develops life science software for pharmaceutical development, biological research and clinical diagnostics.
